الملخص
تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية ظاهرة الانحراف والجريمة في المجتمع الجزائري باعتبارها مشكلة اجتماعية مزمنة تمس الفرد والمجتمع معا، ونظرا لأن الفرد اجتماعي بطبعه ويتفاعل ويؤثر ويتأثر في الوسط الذي يعيش فيه، فإن لمؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية دور مهم في بناء شخصية الفرد ليكون شخص سوي في المجتمع الذي يعيش فيه وملتزم بالضبط الاجتماعي وذلك من خلال القيم والأخلاق التي تعمل مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية في ترسيخها واكسابها للفرد حيث يعد نسق الأخلاق والقيم أساس في تكوين علاقات اجتماعية حسنة وحماية الأفراد والمجتمعات من السلوكات والأفكار والاتجاهات السلبية وتحصين الفرد والمجتمع وحمايته من ظاهرة الانحراف والجريمة. ومن هذا المنطلق تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى: التعرف على أسباب الانحراف والجريمة في المجتمع الجزائري، ودور مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية في عملية الضبط الاجتماعي، ودور الضبط الاجتماعي في تثبيت القيم والمعايير السلوكية والأخلاقية. This research paper deals with the phenomenon of deviation and crime in Algerian society as a chronic social problem that affects both the individual and society. Since the individual is social by nature and interacts, influences and is influenced by the environment in which he lives, social upbringing institutions have an important role in building the individual's personality to be a normal person in the society in which he lives and committed to social control through the values and morals that social upbringing institutions work to establish and instill in the individual, as the system of morals and values is the basis for forming good social relations and protecting individuals and societies from negative behaviors, ideas and trends and fortifying and protecting the individual and society from the phenomenon of deviation and crime. From this standpoint, this study aims to: identify the causes of deviation and crime in Algerian society, the role of social upbringing institutions in the process of social control, and the role of social control in establishing values and behavioral and ethical standards.
