ماهية التطوير التنظيمي

الملخص
إن التحولات السريعة التي يشهدها عالم المنظمات في مختلف المجالات فرضت على المنظمة الاهتمام ببعض المفاهيم الإدارية والتنظيمية من خلال إعادة النظر فيها ورد الاعتبار لها، ويأتي في مقدمة هذه المفاهيم مفهوم التطوير التنظيمي حيث جعلته ضمن أهم أولوياتها وخططتها الإستراتيجية لكونه يمثل سمة العصر، فهو يلعب دورا كبيرا في نجاح واستقرار المنظمة واستمرارها والارتقاء بها عن طريق تحسين أدائها والرفع من مستوى إنتاجها، وبالتالي فإن تجسيد هذا المشروع الحيوي في المنظمة يتطلب اتخاذ مجموعة من الإجراءات والأساليب والمناهج العلمية المدروسة والتي يشرف على تنفيذها أخصائيين يقومون بتشخيص الاحتياجات المطلوبة في التنظيم سواء على مستوى الأفراد أو الإدارة أو الهيكل التنظيمي، ومنه فإن تبني المنظمة لإستراتيجية التطوير التنظيمي سواء بشكل شامل أو جزئي سيجعلها حتما جاهزة لجميع التحولات التي قد تصادفها لاسيما التحولات المرتبطة منها بالتكنولوجيا الرقمية، وفي هذا الإطار جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية لتحديد ماهية التطوير التنظيمي في المنظمة. The rapid transformations witnessed by organizations across various fields have compelled them to focus on certain administrative and organizational concepts by revisiting and reassessing then. At the forefront of these concepts is organizational development, which has become a top priority in strategic planning due to its relevance in today’s world. It plays a significant role in the success, stability, and continuity of the organization, elevating it by improving performance and increasing productivity. Therefore, implementing this vital project within the organization requires adopting a set of well-studied scientific procedures, methods, and approaches. These are overseen by specialists who diagnose the organizational needs, whether at the individual level, management level, or the structural level. Thus, the adoption of an organizational development strategy, whether comprehensively or partially, will undoubtedly prepare the organization for any transformations it may face, especially those related to digital technology. In this context, this research paper aims to define the concept of organizational development within organizations.
