الملخص
الإدارة نشاط إنساني منظم يهدف إلى تحقيق أهداف إنتاجية أو إقتصاديـة أو سياسيــة أو إجتماعيــة من خلال تجميع و توجيه الموارد المادية و البشرية المتاحة و تنميـــــة موارد جديدة ووضعها موضـع الإستغلال المثمروتتم الإدارة في شكل عملية مستمرة ومتداخلة تتركب من عدة عمليات جزئية يقــوم على ممارستها مديرون متخصصون يعملــــــــون في تناسق و تكامــــــل للوصول إلى الأهـــــداف العامــة للمشروع ، وتتجــه العمليــة الإدارية في الأساس نحو المستقبل في محاولة لتكييف أوضاع المشروع بما يتناسب و الظروف البيئيــة المحتملة فموضوع الإدارة من كـل جوانبه يمكننا القــول أنهـــا عملية خلاقـــــة تتطلب قدرات و مهارات قياديــــــة لتجميع المجهودات و المـــوارد المتاحــــــة تجاه الإستغلال الأمثــل لتحقيــق أهــداف معينـــة فعمليــــــــــــــــــــة الإدارة تتضمـــن بعض العناصــــــر مــــــثـل وجــــــود هــــــدف أوأهـداف أو نتائج يـــــــــراد تحقيقهـا و أنشطـة و إجـــــــراءات يمكــن إستخدامهـــــا لتحقيق تلك الأهـــــــداف أو النتائج و أخيــرا مجهــــــود بشـــــري يعتـمد على عـــــدد مـن الموارد و الإمكانيـــات الماديــة فـــي أداء الأنشطــــــــــــــة المحققــــــة للأهـــــداف أو النتائــــــــج.
