الملخص
الملخص: إن للبرلمان الجزائري وفقا للتعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020، القدرة على ممارسة الرقابة البرلمانية على السلطة التنفيذية، ويمارس هذا الدور الرقابي من خلال آليات متعددة، أبرزها استحداث لجان التحقيق في القضايا التي تتعلق بتحقيق المصلحة العامة في حدود نطاق اختصاصها، هذه الرقابة البرلمانية لا تخرج عن إطار كونها، إما مرتبة للمسؤولية السياسية للحكومة أو تكون دافعا للتصويت بالثقة على الحكومة مما يجعل منها أداة فعالة بيد السلطة التشريعية في مراقبة النشاط الحكومي. Abstract: According to the constitutional amendment of 2020, the Algerian parliament has the ability to exercise parliamentary control over the executive branch, and exercises this constitutional role through multiple mechanisms, most notably the establishment of committees to investigate cases related to achieving the public interest within the scope of its competence, this parliamentary oversight does not depart from the framework of being, either arranged for the political responsibility of the government or be a motive for a vote of confidence on the government, which makes it an effective tool in the hands of the legislative authority in monitoring government activity.
