تحقيق الأمن اللغوي والثقافي للطفل الجزائري في ظل الفضائيات المتخصصة بالأطفال

الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى معالجة واقع اللغة العربية في برامج الأطفال، في ظل العولمة الثقافية، والانفتاح الإعلامي على الفضائيات المتخصصة بالأطفال، ممّا يجعلنا أمام قضية متفرعة يصعب تناولها من زاوية واحدة بل بعدة مقاربات، كونها تتعلق بالقومية والانتماء إلى لغة الضاد، وكل ما يحيط بذلك من عناصر ثقافية واجتماعية، بما فيها اللغة، التي يعتبر استقرارها على نحو سليم، صحيح، بعيدٍ عن كل عبث تحققا لأمنها، وبالتالي توفر الجوهر لتشكل ثقافة الأمة، في زمن تعددت فيه الوسائط لنقل مختلف الثقافات على غرار القنوات المتخصصة بالطفل ، وكيف أنها تلعب دورا هاما في إرساء مبادئ الانتماء للثقافة العربية، والتي من أبرز مظاهرها اللغة العربية الفصحى. وتوصلنا من خلال البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج من بينها أن العولمة وسياسة التلهيج، بالإضافة إلى كثافة مشاهدة الطفل للقنوات هي أهم مهددات الأمن اللغوي والثقافي للطفل، وقد خرجنا بعدد من التوصيات كمحاولة لمواجهة تلك التحديات والحفاظ عليه. This research paper aims to addres the reality of the Arabic language in children's programmes, in light of cultural globalization, and media openness to specialized satellite channels for children, which makes us faced with a branching issue that is difficult to address from one angle but several approaches, as it relates to nationalism and belonging to the language of the daad, and all the surrounding cultural and social elements, including the language, whose stability is properly, right, far from all absurdities in order to achieve its security, and thus provide the essence to form the culture of the nation, in a time of many It has the media to convey different cultures such as the channels specialized in children, and how they play an important role in establishing the principles of belonging to Arab culture, the most prominent of which is the classical Arabic language. Through research, we have come up with a range of findings, including that globalization and the policy of irritability, as well as the intensity of children's viewing of channels, are the most important threats to the linguistic and cultural security of the .child, and we have come up with a number of recommendations as an attempt to meet and maintain those challenges
