الملخص

تتجه مختلف المنظمات الى توجيه سلوك الافراد نحو الالتزام بالقواعد والمعايير وثقافة المؤسسة السائدة بالبيئة الداخلية لها، حيث تعتمد على التنظيم غير الرسمي من خلال التفاعل مع الشريك الاجتماعي الذي يلعب دورا مهما في اندماج العاملين والتزامهم والتقيد بالقوانين واللوائح التنظيمية، وقد جاءت الدراسة بهدف الكشف على دور العمل النقابي في تعزيز التزام العاملين بالمؤسسة الوطنية للمناجم سوميفوس ، حيث اعتمد الباحثان على المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة واستخدام أداة الاستبيان على عينة عشوائية منتظمة قدرت ب 40 عاملا من مجتمع البحث الاصلي، وقد توصلت الى مجموعة من النتائج تمثلت في أن العمل النقابي يساهم في تحسين العلاقات الاجتماعية لدى الافراد من خلال العمل على تحقيق المطالب العمالية والدفاع عن حقوقهم وتسهيل عمليات الاتصال ونمط الاشراف ومشاركتهم في اتخاذ القرارات ،مما نتج عنه تفاعل ايجابي واهتمام بالعمل والمحافظة على وسائل الانتاج والانضباط وغيرها. Various organizations tend to direct the behavior of individuals towards adherence to the rules, standards and culture of the institution prevailing in its internal environment, as it depends on the informal organization through interaction with the social partner, who plays an important role in the integration of workers and their commitment and adherence to laws and regulations.The study came with the aim of revealing the role of Union work in enhancing the commitment of workers to the National Corporation of Mines SOMIPHOS, where the researchers relied on the descriptive approach in the study and the use of the questionnaire tool on a regular random sample estimated at 50 workers from the original research community, It reached a set of results represented in that union work contributes to improving social relations among individuals by working to achieve labor demands, defending their rights, facilitating communication processes, supervision and their participation in decision-making, which resulted in a positive interaction and interest in work and maintaining the means of production and discipline. and others.
