الملخص
Security is considered a basic need for individuals, just as it is one of the necessities for building and developing society, a safety valve for its survival, and an essential foundation for building civilization. There is no security without stability and no civilization without security. Security is not achieved except in the case where the individual mind is And the collective sense is devoid of any feeling of threat to safety and stability. This article attempts to approach the contemporary theory of security, which is a comprehensive theory that includes the media, social, psychological and intellectual apparatuses.
