الملخص

لقد سعينا في دراستنا هذه لأن نحقق هدفين اثنين، يكمن أولهما في العمل على الإحاطة نظرياً بمفهوم التعليم العالي وكل ما يتصل به من جزئيات، حتى نضمن في البدء شيء من توحيد الرؤى أمام المهتمين بهذا المجال من البحث التربوي- التعليمي. ثم العمل بعد ذلك على تقديم حوصلة موجزة لأهم ما تمخض عن التجارب الحديثة لمعظم أنظمة التعليم العالي ذائعة الصيت وذلك على المستويين الدولي والإقليمي في شكل اتجاهات مستحدثة لنظم تعليمية يصبو كل منها إلى تجاوز أهم العراقيل والعوائق التي تقف حجر عثرة في وجه ما ترصده الأنظمة والحكومات على اختلافها – ومنها منظومة التعليم العالي في بلادنا – في سبيل الارتقاء بهذا القطاع من الخدمة على المستويين الكمّي والنوعي. In this study, we have sought to achieve two objectives, the first of which is to work on the theoretical knowledge of the concept of higher education and all its related parts, in order to ensure at the beginning a certain unification of visions for those interested in this field of pedagogical and educational research. Next, we will endeavor to provide a brief summary of the most important results of the recent experiences of most of the well-known higher education systems at international and regional level in the form of new trends for education systems, each of which aspires to overcome the most important obstacles that stand in the way of what is controlled by different systems and governments - including the higher education of our country - in order to improve this service sector quantitatively and qualitatively.
