الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هده الدراسة للبحث في ظاهرة تزايد الانفاق العام في الجزائر و توضيح اهم الاليات المتبعة من قبل الدولة من اجل ترشيد هذه النفقات، و قد استخدمنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي كما وظفنا الأدوات الخاصة بالتحليل الاقتصادي المتمثلة في الإحصائيات المتعلقة بالإنفاق العام ،و قد أظهرت النتائج ان ظاهرة الانفاق العام في الجزائر تعرف تزايدا مستمرا و يزيد حجم هذه الزيادة في الفترات التي تكون اسعار البترول مرتفعة في حين ينخفض مستوى هده الزيادة عند انخفاض اسعار البترول و هنا يبدا الحديث عن ضرورة ترشيد الانفاق العام ، في حين يجب الاخذ بمفهوم الترشيد في الانفاق العام سواء في مرحلة تزايد او انخفاض في المداخيل البترولية و هذا من خلال تفعيل نظام رقابي صارم قائم على الشفافية في تقديم كل المعلومات الخاصة بإنفاق المال العام . Abstract: This study aims to investigate the phenomenon of increasing public spending in Algeria. The results have shown that the phenomenon of public spending in Algeria is constantly increasing, and the size of this increase increases in periods when oil prices are high, while the level of this increase decreases when oil prices fall.
