الملخص
مع دخول المسيحية إلى بلاد المغرب القديم، برزت عدة حواضر دينية ساهمت في نشر تعاليم الديانة المسيحية وإزاحة العبادات الوثنية تدريجيا بما فيها عبادة الإمبراطور، ولعّل من أبرزها مدينة كيرتا، هذه الأخيرة التي أدت دورا محوريا في أحداث القرن الثالث للميلاد بمواجهة المراسيم القمعية التي سنّها الأباطرة الرومان، وتقديم أبنائها كشهداء قدّيسين مفضّلين التضحية بأنفسهم على أن يرتّدوا ويخرجوا عن تعاليم المسيحية، كما لا ننسى المسؤولية التي تبنّتها المدينة في ظل الانشقاق الديني الكنسي الذي عرفته الكنيسة الإفريقية، بإشرافها على عقد العديد من المجامع الدينية لمناقشة الوضع الديني السائد في مقاطعة نوميديا، ومن هنا سنحاول تسليط الضوء في ورقتنا البحثية على أهم الأسباب والدواعي المؤدية إلى بروز كنيسة سيرتا؟ وكيف ساهمت أحداث القرن الرابع ميلادي في بلورة الفكر الدوناتي المتمّرد على السلطة الرومانية وتعاليم الكنيسة الرسمية؟. :Summary With the entry of Christianity into the ancient Maghreb, several religious cities emerged that contributed to the spread of the teachings of the Christian religion and the gradual displacement of pagan cults, including the worship of the emperor, the most important of which was undoubtedly the city of Cirta; the latter Played indeed an important role in the events of the third century AD by confronting the repressive decrees enacted by the Roman emperors, and presenting its sons as holy martyrs, preferring to sacrifice themselves rather be sacrificed.
