الأوبئة والأمراض في موريتانيا بين المتخيل الشعبي والواقع

ملخص المقال : يسعى هذا المقال إلى معرفة الأوبئة والأمراض التي عرفها المجال الموريتاني، وأثرت في تاريخ المنطقة عبر تواريخه الطويلة، مما تجاوزته الكتابات التاريخية المعاصرة على كثرتها وتعدد مواضيعها. لذا فإن البحث خرج بمجموعة من النتائج لعل من أهمها وأكثرها وضوحا أن الحروب والقلاقل التي عرفها المجتمع الموريتاني لم تؤثر فيه كثيرا، بقدر ما أثرت فيه هذه الأمراض و الأوبئة العميقة، التي جعلت التحولات البنيوية أمرا لا مندوحة عنه في السياق المحلي، وإن وجدت بعض العلاجات حسب الوفرة والامكانيات، من أجل تجاوز اللحظات العصيبة لكنها ظلت تقليدية تمتح بالأساس من الأدوات المتاحة محليا على بساطتها، ونقاش مدى فاعليتها من الناحية العلمية البحتة، وإن كانت المخيلة الجمعوية تجد فيها العلاج، ينضاف إلى ذلك دور الغيبات والخوارق في الحالات الاستشفائية. Abstract: This article seeks to identify the epidemics and diseases that the Mauritanian region has known and that have affected the history of the region throughout its long history, which has been surpassed by contemporary historical writings despite their abundance and diversity of topics. Therefore, the research came out with a set of results, perhaps the most important and clear of which is that the wars and unrest that Mauritanian society has known did not affect it much, as much as these deep diseases and epidemics affected it, which made structural transformations an inevitable matter in the local context, and although some treatments were found according to abundance and capabilities, in order to overcome difficult moments, they remained traditional, drawing primarily from the tools available locally despite their simplicity, and discussing the extent of their effectiveness from a purely scientific point of view, although the collective imagination finds treatment in them, in addition to the role of the unseen and the supernatural in hospital cases Keywords: Epidemics and diseases.;. popular imagination;. treatment and prevention.....; Mauritania
