Digital Transformation In The Algerian University - Between Reality And Aspiration -

الملخص
Abstract: In recent years, most countries worldwide have witnessed a tremendous information revolution, whose impact has emerged across all aspects of individual and institutional life. As strategies, techniques, and means have multiplied, digital transformation within societal organizations has become an inevitable necessity. Among the sectors affected by this digital technology is the university, where the Algerian state has sought to activate digitization in universities by implementing mechanisms that contribute to this sector's advancement, through digital communication, distance learning, and other processes that enhance the university's role and performance. In this research paper, we will attempt to examine the reality of digital orientation in Algerian universities, using the descriptive-analytical method that aims to identify the studied phenomenon and interpret its surrounding circumstances ملخص شهدت معظم دول العالم في السنوات الأخيرة ثورة معلوماتية رهيبة، برز أثرها على كل جوانب حياة الأفراد والمؤسسات، حيث تعددت الاستراتيجيات والتقنيات والوسائل، مما جعل التحول الرقمي داخل المنظمات المجتمعية ضرورة حتمية، ومن بين تلك القطاعات التي تأثرت بهذه التكنولوجيا الرقمية الجامعة، حيث سعت الدولة الجزائرية إلى تفعيل الرقمنة في الجامعات، عبر وضع جملة من الآليات التي تساهم في تقدم هذا القطاع، ذلك من خلال الاتصال الرقمي مثلا، والدراسة عن بعد وغيرها من العمليات التي تحسن من دور الجامعة وأدائها. ومن هنا سنحاول في هذه الورقة البحثية التعرف على واقع التوجه الرقمي في الجامعة الجزائرية، وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يهدف إلى التعرف على ظاهرة الدراسة وتفسير الظروف المحيطة بها.
