Talking about contemporary Arabic literary texts, as a cultural component, reflects the cultural load of the creator on one hand, and on the other hand, reveals the hidden aspects of that society clashed by ideologies, and strives diligently to find its position amidst the frenzied influx of incoming cultures, which are introduced through translation in the form of texts that constitute models of cognitive transformation and creative peaks. In the midst of this bitter struggle, the Arabic literary text (in its various expressive genres) resists, in the absence of a solid critical support that would guide the text to safety, or at least preserve its elements through which its meaning is formed, and carve its identity. The Arabic poetic text serves as the best evidence for this, so when criticism failed to keep pace with the text and did not support it, this later did not stay in its usual Khalilian form, which lasted for a long time, forming the sole Arab identity and cultural reference. However, over successive periods, it abandoned its basic elements, thus undermining the pillar of poetry and paving the way for texts that have nothing of poetry but the name (like the prosodic poetry, free verse, flash poetry, prose poetry, and Haiku poetry). All these expressive genres, which have ignited in their fervor, found the field fertile and the literary scene lacking in critical and effective practice. As a result, the recipient/reader started to yearn for a text that, upon reading, gathers some remnants of the Arab identity that has had its features obliterated, except for the letters with which the text was written.
