دور العولمة في تنامي الجريمة الاقتصادية

الملخص
لقد غدى العالم بفضل العولمة وما رافقها مـن تطـور وسـائل الاتـصالات والتكنولوجيـا، يواجه تحديات بالغة الخطورة على كافة ميادين الدولة وخاصة الاقتصادية منها، نتيجة لتحويل العالم إلى سوق عالميـة واحـدة، وفـي ظـل اسـتعادة النظـام الرأسـمالي لهيمنتـه وربـط الاقتـصاديات الوطنيـة بالاقتـصاد العـالمي، وتحريـر التجـارة وفـتح الأسـواق، وتنـامي عمليـات انـدماج أسواق السلع والخدمات ورؤوس الأموال . لذلك أخذت الجريمة الاقتصادية أبعاد جديدة في عصر العولمة، وتجسد ذلك في بروز تقنيات حديثة تعتمد على وسائل أكثر تطور في السلوك الإجرامي حولت العالم الإجرامي إلى قرية صغيرة يسهل من خلالها إخفاء وسائل وآثار تلك الجرائم، وهو ما يفتح آفاق وتحديات أكثر خطورة لدول العالم. Thanks to globalization and the accompanying development of means of communication and technology, the world has faced very serious challenges in all fields of the state, especially the economic ones, as a result of transforming the world into a single global market, and in light of the capitalist system regaining its dominance and linking national economies to the global economy. Liberalization of trade, opening of markets, and growing mergers in the markets for goods, services and capital. Therefore, economic crime has taken on new dimensions in the era of globalization, and this is embodied in the emergence of modern echnologies that rely more advanced means of criminal behavior that have transformed the criminal world into a small village through which it is easy to hide the means and effects of these crimes, which opens up more dangerous prospects and challenges for the countries of the world.
