الملخص

الملخص: تتعرض المرأة في جميع الدول إلى العديد من أنواع الاعتداء المادي والمعنوي الممارس عليها من شتى الأشخاص كانوا من الأقارب أو الغرباء وكيفما كانت حالتها المدنية متزوجة أو غير متزوجة أو مطلقة سواء كانت على اخلاق عالية أو سيئة الاخلاق ،وفي العديد من الأماكن في العمل أو في الشارع وحتى في مكان اقامتها ويعد هذا السلوك حصيلة لتدني القيم الإنسانية و الأخلاقية في المجتمع ،و ابرز ما تتعرض له المرأة الضرب والجرح، والاجهاض الذي اعتبرهما القانون الجنائي الجزائري جنحا يعاقب عليها فاعلها، وقد شدد المشرع في العقوبة المقررة لهما، خاصة عندما يقترنان بالسلاح والتعدد. ويقترن الإجهاض المتعمد على المرأة في غالب الأحيان عندما يكون الجنين من علاقة غير شرعية أو لعدم رغبة الزوج في الانجاب، فيلجأ إلى اجهاض الزوجة أو بسبب الاغتصاب. الكلمات المفتاحية: جريمة، الضرب والجرح، الإجهاض، العقوبة، الاعتداء على المرأة.. Abstract: Women in all countries are subjected to various types of physical and psychological violence by husband or corrupt men, whether this woman is an adult, minor, married, single, good manners or bad manners, and this violence has become practiced in all places, whether public or dedicated to work, and even in homes and roads as a result of the fall of moral values in society, and among the beatings and wounding to which women are subjected, and abortion, which is considered a misdemeanor for which the Algerian criminal law is punishable by their perpetrator, and the legislator has tightened the punishment prescribed for them, especially when they are combined with weapons and pluralism. The woman is often accompanied by intentional abortion when the fetus is from an illegal relationship or the husband does not want to have children, so he resorts to aborting the wife or because of rape.
