الملخص

الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة أثر القيادة الأخلاقية على الصمت التنظيمي في المؤسسة العمومية (دراسة حالة مؤسسة نقاوس للمصبرات)، ومن اجل تحقيق اهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبيان، وزعت على عينة عشوائية قدرها (35) استرجع منها (31) استبيان خضع للتحليل الاحصائي. بعد تحليل النتائج، توصلت الراسة الى ان اراء وتصورات عينة الدراسة كانت تصب في اتجاه فرضية ان هنالك تأثير سلبي لتطبيق ابعاد القيادة الاخلاقية في المؤسسة العمومية على ممارسة الصمت التنظيمي من قبل العاملين داخل المؤسسة العمومية محل الدراسة. كلمات مفتاحية: القيادة الأخلاقية، الصمت التنظيمي، المؤسسة العمومية. Abstract: The study aimed to investigate the effect of ethical leadership on organizational silence in a public institution (case study of the Naqous Canning Company). To achieve the study's objectives, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a random sample of (35), from which (31) questionnaires were returned and subjected to statistical analysis. After analyzing the results, the study concluded that the opinions and perceptions of the sample were aligned with the hypothesis that there is a negative impact of applying the dimensions of ethical leadership in the public institution on the practice of organizational silence by the employees within the studied public institution.
