Ethical Leadership And Its Relationship To Achieving Administrative Creativity

Abstract

The research dealt with the role of ethical leadership as an independent variable with its dimensions (availability of ethical behavior, practicing ethical behavior, and enhancing ethical behavior) on creative performance as a dependent variable with the following dimensions (quality of performance, volume of performance, and performance procedures). The scope of application of this study on a sample of state departments was (Babylon Electricity Distribution Directorate) was considered a purposive sample by the researcher because it is one of the most important organizations concerned with leadership in various specialties. Our study adopted a procedural plan that expresses the logical relationship between the main variables.
