Abstract: This study aims to shed light on the mechanisms for financing the craftsmanship activities of women staying at home, who do not have a certificate, approved by the state in order to empower women craftsmen to run their home businesses relying on themselves, and provide for their families, it also aims to try to identify the activities income generating through business craft, and financing mechanisms for this type of activity. Algeria has created some government support bodies to finance the activities of craftswomen, but the funding problem still exists, which has led to civil society intervening through charities and helping many women to establish their simple projects, and to lift them out of the cycle of poverty.
