An Econometric Study On The Growth Of Foreign-owned Private Banks

Abstract
Algeria is one of the most dynamic emerging markets in the area and has the most promise for the future. However, because Algeria lacks a financial market, banks and other financial institutions are essential for gathering resources as well as providing medium- and long-term loans to companies. Private banks are introducing new credit-related products to ensure the growth of their market share in Algeria. In order to do this, we have developed the following problem: how does the net profit of the ABG bank change as a result of the diversification of loans given?
