Abstract

Abstract: Unemployment remains a pressing challenge in Algeria, affecting the nation's economic growth and social stability. The employment support institutions authorities like ANEM, ANSEJ, ANGEM and CNAC play a crucial role in addressing this issue, implementing various initiatives to reduce the unemployment rate and foster skills development. These organizations are at the forefront of efforts to enhance job training, create employment opportunities, and promote entrepreneurship across the country. This article examines the impact of employment support institutions authorities in Algeria's labor market. It explores the current unemployment landscape, key initiatives to combat joblessness, and the effectiveness of vocational training programs. Additionally, it delves into the challenges faced by these institutions and provides insights into the future outlook for employment in Algeria. By analyzing these aspects, we aim to shed light on the ongoing efforts to tackle unemployment and boost economic prosperity in the North African nation.
