آليات الذكاء الاصطناعي لتحليل ونشر المعلومات حول الأمن الغذائي: الفرص والتحديات

الملخص
ملخص تعتبر قضايا الأمن الغذائي من أبرز التحديات التي تواجه المجتمعات الحديثة، ويأتي دور الذكاء الاصطناعي (AI) كأداة حيوية في تفعيل آليات التحليل ونشر المعلومات لمواجهة هذه التحديات. تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى استكشاف كيفية تحسين استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي تحصيل المعرفة المتعلقة بالأمان الغذائي، كما يتناول استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحليل البيانات الكبيرة المرتبطة بمختلف جوانب سلسلة الإمداد الغذائي، بدءًا من إنتاج المحاصيل وانتهاءً بتوزيع المنتجات للمستهلكين، كما تسعرض السبل التي يمكن بها تحسين تبادل المعلومات بين الدول والمنظمات المعنية بالأمان الغذائي باستخدام تكنولوجيا الذكاء الاصطناعي. إضافة الى التحديات التي قد تواجه تفعيل آليات الذكاء الاصطناعي في هذا السياق، مثل تأمين البيانات وضمان دقة التحليلات. Abstract Food security issues are considered one of the most prominent challenges facing modern societies, and the role of artificial intelligence (AI) is a vital tool in activating mechanisms of analysis and dissemination of information to confront these challenges. This research paper aims to explore how the use of artificial intelligence technologies can improve the collection of knowledge related to food security. It also addresses the use of artificial intelligence in analyzing big data related to various aspects of the food supply chain, from crop production to the distribution of products to consumers. It also presents ways in which it can be improved. Exchanging information between countries and organizations concerned with food security using artificial intelligence technology. In addition to the challenges that may face activating artificial intelligence mechanisms in this context, such as securing data and ensuring the accuracy of analyses.
