ملخص: هذه الورقة البحثية تتحدث عن حكم استبدال الوقف حال تعطله أو قلة نفعه وأثر المصلحة في ذلك، وتطرقنا فيها إلى بيان معنى المصلحة والوقف وأهم خصائصهما، ثم بينا حكم استبدال الوقف خاصة حال تعطل نفعه أو قلته، واختلاف الفقهاء في ذلك، مع ذكر العلاقة الموجودة بين الوقف والمصلحة، ثم بيانا أثر المصلحة في منع أو جواز استبدال الوقف في حال خرابه، أو قلة نفعه، أو تعطله. Abstrait: This research paper talks about the ruling on replacing an endowment in the event of its failure or lack of benefit and the effect of interest in that. In it, we discussed the meaning of interest and endowment and their most important characteristics. Then we explained the ruling on replacing an endowment, especially if its usefulness is disrupted or diminished, and the differences of jurists regarding that, mentioning the relationship that exists between The endowment and the interest, then an explanation of the effect of the interest in preventing or permitting the replacement of the endowment in the event of its ruin, lack of benefit, or failure .
