Stages Of Human Rights Development In The Algerian Constitutions

Abstract
Human rights and fundamental freedoms have occupied a significant place in the successive Algerian constitutions, aligning with developments on the international level. However, there are fundamental differences between the constitutions from the single-party era, which were largely influenced by the state's socialist orientation and its ideological impact on human rights and fundamental freedoms, and those from the pluralistic era, which witnessed openness in the political, economic, and social fields. This openness has had a corresponding effect on the subject of rights and freedoms. لقد احتلت حقوق الانسان والحريات الاساسية مكانه هامة في الدساتير الجزائرية المتعاقبة، وتوافقت مع التطورات الحاصلة على المستوى الدولي، مع اختلافات جوهرية بين دساتير مرحلة الأحادية الحزبية التي طغى عليها التوجه الاشتراكي للدولة، وما أحدثه من تأثير إيديولوجي على موضوع حقوق الانسان والحريات الاساسية، ودساتير مرحلة التعددية التي عرفت انفتاحا في الميادين السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية، وما ينتج عن ذلك من أثر على موضوع الحقوق والحريات.
