حماية الطفولة في القوانين الدولية

الملخص
الاحتفال باليوم العالمي للطفل 1 جوان ويوم الطفل ال إفريقي16 جوان يعد تكريس فعلي للاهتمامات الدولية ويسمح بلفت الانتباه حول المخاطر والأخطار التي يواجهها العديد من الأطفال والتركيز على ضرورة حماية الحقوق الضرورية لهم على جميع المستويات والاصعدة، حيث تلعب الأسرة والمجتمع والدولة دورا مهما في تلقين الطفل للقيم والمعايير المجتمعية، وتحديد ما هو مقبول وما هو غير مقبول اجتماعيا، من خلال توفير الكثير من متطلباته واحتياجاته خاصة وأن رعاية الطفل والاهتمام به يعتبر اهتماما بمستقبل الأمة والعالم ككل، كما نجد أن القوانين والمواثيق والمنظمات الدولية لحقوق الطفل وخاصة المعروفة باليونيسف ومنظمات حقوق الطفولة وغيرها، والتي تمثل الحجر الأساس في سن قوانين من شأنها حماية الطفولة وحماية حقها في الحياة والازدهار وتمويلها بالماء والغذاء واللباس وحق العيش الكريم كما هو الحال في بعض الدول الإفريقية التي يشهد أطفالها مجاعة أو ما تفعله منظمة الأونروا مع أطفال غزة.Celebrating International Children's Day, June 1, and African Children's Day, June 16, is an actual dedication to international concerns and allows drawing attention to the risks and dangers faced by many children and focusing on the need to protect their necessary rights at all levels.
