By reducing the propensity for musculoskeletal disorders, augmenting operational efficacy, enhancing levels of comfort, and promoting job satisfaction, ergonomics plays a vital role in cultivating a more proficient and sustainable healthcare workforce. Entities that prioritize the significance of ergonomics not only advance the welfare of their employees but also enhance the caliber of care provided to patients.
