الملخص

يعتبر مرفق الجمارك من أهم المرافق العامة الحيوية في الوطن، نظرا لما يقدمه من خدمات لمرتفقيه وتسعى إدارة الجمارك إلى تبسيط الإجراءات الجمركية عبر سائر المكاتب الجمركية من خلال استحداث تنظيمات وتشريعات عصرية، واستحداث تنظيم هيكلي كفيل بتتبع وتسهيل حركة البضائع والأشخاص ووسائل النقل. كما تسعى إدارة الجمارك إلى تأمين الحدود من كافة أشكال الغش ووضع في متناول الأشخاص كافة الاحتياجات الضرورية وفق متطلبات الخدمة العمومية. The customs facility is considered one of the most vital public facilities in the country, due to the services it provides to its dependents. The customs administration seeks to simplify customs procedures through all customs offices through the introduction of modern regulations and legislation, and the development of a structural organization capable of tracking and facilitating the movement of goods, people and means of transportation.
