الملخص
الملخص: تتضمّن هذه المقالة دراسة نقديّة لاستشكالات أحد الكتّاب المعاصرين لأحاديث صحيح البخاري بحجّة معارضتها للقرآن الكريم أو أنّها أحاديث معارضة للعقل، أو الواقع، أو العلم الحديث وهو ما يعرف بمشكل الحديث عند المتقدّمين، وقد عرّفت هذا الفنّ والّذي هو من أهمّ أنواع علوم الحديث، و كتب فيه جملة من المتقدّمين ولكن في العصر الحديث تفاقمت الطّعون في السنّة، وكان صحيح البخاري في واجهة الطّعون وذلك لعظم منزلته عند علماء الإسلام، فتناولتِ الدراسةُ أنموذجا من الطّعون المعاصرة والمتمثّل في كتاب "جناية البخاري" والّذي تكلّم فيه صاحبه على أكثر من تسعين حديثا، وقد جعلت لذلك نموذجين تطبيقيّين اعتبرهما المؤلّف مخالفين للعقل والواقع، وقد بيّنت الدراسة أنّ معظم الانتقادات ناتجة عن قلّة العلم الشرعيّ، ولا تقوم على أُسس علميّة. الكلمات المفتاحية: صحيح البخاري، الصّحيح، معارض، العقل، الواقع، مشكل الحديث، زكريا أوزون، التّرجيح، العلم الحديث، جناية البخاري. Abstract: This article presents a critical study of the objections raised by a contemporary writer against the hadiths of Sahih al-Bukhari, claiming that they contradict the Quran, reason, reality, or modern science. This issue is known as the problem of hadith among early scholars. The study introduces this discipline, which is one of the most important branches of hadith sciences, and notes that many early scholars have written about it. However, in modern times, attacks on the Sunnah have intensified, with Sahih al-Bukhari being at the forefront due to its esteemed position among Islamic scholars. The study addresses an example of contemporary criticism found in the book" The Crime of Bukhari" in which the author discusses over ninety hadiths. The study provides two specific examples that the author considers contradictory to reason and reality. It demonstrates that most of the criticisms result from a lack of Islamic knowledge and are not based on scientific foundations.
