الملخص
Abstract: Witness is an important issue for the reservations of people's right. Concerning youngsters' witness, the judge sometimes accepts it for issues concerning youngsters. Scholars have addressed this issue and generally agreed on that, except in issues of rights, a responsible youngster is afforded to witness, whereas an irresponsible is not. For wounds and murder, scholars have disagreed on the rule of accepting even responsible youngsters' witness. However, for most scholars, it is most likely accepted under certain conditions. In case of murder, then a judge is to sentence with Diyah, and not death, as witness is only fulfilled by adults. Keywords: : Witness , Youngster, Islam, Responsible, Assignment.
