The concept of the state in Jean-Jacques Rousseau manifests in the alignment between it and political power based on the disparity between individuals and groups arising from the relationships within those ideologies and different political systems. These systems vary according to the concept and origin of the state at the expense of political systems in a single political authority. This concept is manifested in the social contract of the state, based on a popular and populist foundation, where the basic principle of the political power hierarchy is the people, who are the support, cohesion, and endurance of the state as an independent entity, based on state apparatuses managed by the people in accordance with the contract based on complete or partial relinquishment of governance to authorize them politically, according to the implicit contract in which they are represented in the single political state. All this is evidence of the existence of legislative, executive, and judicial powers that play their roles in political power based on political interaction and effective political practice between civil society, the people, and the state. This triad, constantly addressed by Rousseau in the social contract, varies with the socio-political relationships between the state and political authority within the single political entity.
