Evaluating Computer Applications' Impact On Job Performance Quality: A Case Study At The National Social Insurance Fund For Salaried Workers -tamnaghasset-

Abstract

This paper evaluates the impact of computer applications on job performance quality at the National Social Insurance Fund for Salaried Workers in Tamanghasset. Employing a descriptive-analytical methodology, the research deployed a questionnaire targeting a random sample of 55 employees. The research assessed the integration of computer applications through the dimensions of graphical user interface (GUI), application functionality and content, application reliability and performance, and responsiveness. Results indicate a positive correlation between computer application deployment and job performance metrics, represented by technological advancement, process optimization, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction.
