الملخص
الملخص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى استكشاف مساهمة الأمن السيبراني في تعزيز الأمن الفكري وتوفير بيئة آمنة وموثوقة للتكنولوجيا والمعلومات في المؤسسات والمجتمعات. وذلك نتيجة تزايد التهديدات والانتهاكات السيبرانية التي تشكل تحدياً كبيراً للأمن العالمي والوطني. الأمر الذي يتطلب البحث عن آليات فعالة لمكافحة هذه التهديدات وتعزيز الأمن الفكري للمؤسسات والأفراد. ويلعب الأمن السيبراني دوراً حيوياً في تعزيز الأمن الفكري وحماية البيانات والمعلومات الحساسة من الاختراقات والهجمات السيبرانية. فهو يعزز الوعي بأهمية الحماية الإلكترونية والاستخدام الآمن للتكنولوجيا، ويوفر الإطار القانوني والتقني لمكافحة الجرائم السيبرانية وتعزيز الأمن الرقمي. و يمكن القول كخلاصة أنّ تبني استراتيجيات الأمن الفكري المناسبة، يُمكِّننا من تقليل التهديدات السيبرانية وتحقيق الثقة في العالم الرقمي. ABSTRACT: The current study aims to explore the contribution of cybersecurity in enhancing intellectual security and providing a safe and reliable environment for technology and information in institutions and communities. This comes as a result of the increasing cyber threats and violations that pose significant challenges to global and national security. This necessitates the search for effective mechanisms to combat these threats and enhance intellectual security for both institutions and individuals. Cyber-security plays a vital role in enhancing intellectual security and protecting sensitive data and information from cyber breaches and attacks. It promotes awareness of the importance of electronic protection and safe use of technology, and provides the legal and technical framework for combating cyber-crimes and enhancing digital security. In conclusion, adopting appropriate intellectual security strategies enables us to mitigate cyber threats and build trust in the digital world.
