الملخص
لم تتوقف موجة التشكيك بافتعال الشبهات حول ثوابت الدين الإسلامي، والتي منها السنة النبوية على صاحبها أفضل الصلاة وأتم التسليم. لذا قام الأئمة النقاد بالذب عن السنة والذود عن حياضها، وهذا البحث يندرج في هذا السبيل، ويهدف إلى دفع إيهام تعارض نصوص السنة النبوية فيما بينهما، أو مع الأدلة الشرعية الأخرى؛ لتعزيز اليقين بسنة سيد المرسلين ﷺ، وذلك من خلال محاولة تجديد البحث في موضوع مختلف الحديث ومشكله، من حيث التعريف بهما، والتفريق بينهما. كما يتناول البحث الكلام عن مسالك العلماء من المحدثين والفقهاء في تحديد المنهج الصحيح لإزالة الاختلاف والإشكال؛ فيعرض لآرائهم ويناقشها، وصولاً إلى التأكيد على منهجية سليمة في التعامل مع الروايات الحديثية التي تطرأ حولها إشكالات، وتحسين أدوات ومهارات كل من يتصدى للدفاع عن السنة النبوية ودفع ما يثار حولها من شبهات. Abstract: Due to the wave of skepticism and suspicions raised around the established principles of the Islamic religion including the sunnah, the imams involved in the critique of hadith stood up to defend it. This research falls under such efforts and aims to refute the pretension of contradiction between the texts of the sunnah, or between them and other legal sharia evidences, so as to reinforce the certainty in it by trying to update the research on the topic of conflicting and problematic hadiths; in terms of defining and differentiating between them. This research also addresses the methods of the scholars of hadith and jurisprudence in determining the correct method to clarify the differences and issues by discussing their views to identify a sound methodology to deal with hadith narrations around which issues arise, and to improve the skills of those defending the sunnah and refuting the suspicions raised around it.
