Abstract
Information and communications technology has brought about a comprehensive revolution in all aspects of life, and the dominance of information and communications technology in the general way of life has increased. The emergence of the computer and the expansion of the use of the Internet in various areas of life has led to the emergence of some negative effects and risks resulting from this great expansion, as the greater the dependence As these technologies develop, the risks related to Protecting information have increased, and with the increasing global dependence on information and communications technology, exposure to cybercrimes has also increased.As cyberspace has become vulnerable to violations by network hackers, whether they are countries or others that possess these information technologies, attention has been drawn to cybersecurity, and preserving it has become a matter of preserving the national security of countries.
