الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف على مستوى الاحتياجات التدريبية لبناء المشروع الشخصي المستقبلي لدى تلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط كذلك الكشف عن الفروق تبعا لمتغير الجنس، وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي والمقارن وتطبيق مقياس الاحتياجات التدريبية لمـحمد السعيد قيسي (2016) على عينة قوامها (100) تلميذ وتلميذة اختيروا بطريقة طبقية، وبعد تأكيد الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس أسفرت المعالجة الإحصائية عن النتائج الآتية: - يعاني تلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط من مستوى مرتفع في الاحتياجات التدريبية لبناء المشروع الشخصي المستقبلي. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاحتياجات التدريبية لبناء المشروع الشخصي المستقبلي تعزى لمتغير الجنس. Abstract: The current study aimed to identify the level of training needs for building the personal future project among fourth-grade middle school students, as well as to identify differences according to gender using the exploratory and comparative descriptive approach and by applying the training needs scale by Mohamed Said Guissi (2016) on a sample of (100) male and female students who were selected in a proportional way. After confirming the psychometric properties of the scale, the statistical analysis resulted in the following results: - Fourth-grade middle school students suffer from a high level of training needs for building the personal future project. - There are no statistically significant differences in the level of training needs for building the personal future project that can be attributed to gender.
