الملخص
ملخص: أولى المشرع الجزائري طائفة الأحداث الجانحين بعناية خاصة من خلال جملة من الضمانات التي أوجب التزامها أثناء التعامل مع الحدث الجانح، فتعددت هذه الضمانات الخاصة بمحاكمة الحدث بين ضمانات إجرائية وأخرى موضوعية مندرجة في مجملها استثناء من القواعد العامة التي نص عليها قانون الإجراءات الجزائية، والباقي موزعة بين نصوص قانون العقوبات ونصوص القانون المتعلق بحماية الطفل، فالهدف الأساسي من وراء الطابع الخاص لمحاكمة الأحداث، هو معرفة الأسباب المؤدية إلى انحراف الحدث، وبالتالي تقرير العلاج المناسب له الهادف لإصلاحه وتأهيله. Abstract: The Algerian legislator gave special care to the group of juvenile offenders through a number of guarantees that he required to adhere to when dealing with the juvenile offender. These guarantees regarding the trial of the juvenile varied between procedural guarantees and substantive guarantees that were included in their entirety as an exception to the general rules stipulated in the Code of Criminal Procedure, and the rest were distributed among The provisions of the Penal Code and the texts of the law related to child protection. The primary goal behind the special nature of the juvenile trial is to know the reasons leading to the juvenile’s delinquency, and thus determine the appropriate treatment for him aimed at reforming and rehabilitating him
