الملخص
الملخص: ساهمت التكنولوجيا الرقمية الحديثة في إستحداث مصطلح القضاء الإلكتروني نظرا لتعلق مرفق العدالة مع الوسائل الإلكترونية والتقنية الحديثة، فقد عمدت المنظومة القضائية في الجزائر على إعتماد هذه الوسائل والبحث عن كيفية إدماجها حيث أنها تعتبر إنطلاقة نحو حداثة المرفق القضائي وهذا لتقريب المتقاضين أمام العدالة وتغيير نمط العمل القضائي من خلال إعتماد على النظام الإلكتروني محل النظام الورقي التقليدي ، فإن القضاء الإداري الإلكتروني الجزائري يعتبر إحدى المستفيدين من هذا التطور الذي يظهر جليا في سرعة في الإجراءات التقاضي وإختزال الجهد والنفقات إضافة إلى قضاء أكتر حماية وأمنا مع خدمات تتميز بالجودة والنوعية. Abstract: Modern digital technology has contributed to the introduction of the term electronic justice due to the attachment of the justice facility with modern electronic and technical means, The judicial system in Algeria has adopted these means and sought how to integrate them. It is considered a start towards the modernization of the judicial facility. This is to bring litigants closer to justice and change the pattern of judicial work by relying on the electronic system to replace the traditional paper system. Algeria's e-administrative judiciary is one of the beneficiaries of this development, which manifests itself in the speed of the litigation process and reduces the effort and expenses in addition to a more protective and secure judiciary with qualité and quality services.
