وسائل الإعلام و الإتصال الحديثة و الوحدة الوطنية

الملخص
ملخص: يهدف هذا المقال إلى إبراز أثر الإنتشار الواسع لوسائل الإعلام و الإتصال الحديثة على الوحدة الوطنية. فإذا كان دور وسائل الإعلام و الإتصال، في بداية إزدهارها في الولايات المتحدة، كوسيلة لتشكيل الوحدة الوطنية و تقويتها، فهي اليوم، بعد ربطها بالإنترنت، تؤثر على كل الحياة الاجتماعية في جميع الدول ، خاصة في البلدان في طريق التنمية، و التي هي في حاجة ملحة لتقوية وحدتها الوطنية، و هذا في الوقت الذي لا تزال تعاني فيه من عواقب فشل تجاربها التنموية، إضافة الى مشاهدة شعوبها لأنماط و مستويات معيشة الشعوب الأخرى، عن طريق مختلف وسائط الإتصال الجماهيرية الحديثة و ملاحظة الفرق الواسع، و هذا ما يؤدي صعوبة الإنسجام بين المحكومين و الحكام . و عليه، يمكن طرح الاشكالية الآتية: هل تؤدي وسائل الإعلام و الإتصال الحديثة إلى إضعاف الوحدة الوطنية في البلدان في طريق التنمية؟ هنا تأخذ وسائل الإعلام و الإتصال الحديثة كمتغير مستقل، و تأخذ الوحدة الوطنية كمتغير تابع . و بما أن الموضوع يتعلق بالإتصال السياسي بين السلطة السياسية و المواطنين، فإن الإقتراب الإتصالي هو الأنسب لهذه الدراسة. كلمات مفتاحية: وسائل الإعلام والإتصال، القيم،التعددية، الوحدة الوطنية. Abstract: This article aims to highlight the impact of the wide spread of modern media and communication on national unity. If the role of the media and communication, at the beginning of their prosperity in the United States, was as a means of forming and strengthening national unity,it has turned today, to affect all social life in all countries, especially in the developing countries, which are in need of development, and national unity, and this is at a time when they are still suffering from the consequences of the failure of its development experiences, in addition to that, its people watching the patterns and standards of living of other peoples, through various modern means of mass communication and noticing the wide difference between their countries, and the other countries, this has lead to a difficult harmony between citizens. and their rulers. Therefore, the following problem can be raised: Do modern media and communication weaken national unity in developing countries? Here, modern media and communication are taken as an independent variable, and national unity is taken to be a dependent variable. Since the topic relates to political communication between political authority and citizens, the communicative approach is most appropriate for this study.
