On digital transformation in managing its various affairs through activities based on digital entertainment, given the importance of digital culture in improving and developing youth role activities that help in the social integration of young people and thus protect them from the clutches of deviance تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على طبيعة الدور الذي تقوم به الثقافة الرقمية التي اضحت امرا اساسيا في قطاع الشباب والرياضه على غرار القطاعات الحكوميه الاخرى من اجل ترقيه خدماتها والوصول الى مرحله التسيير عن بعد حيث اتجهت مديريه الشباب والرياضه لولايه باتنة الى الانتقال نحو نموذج عمل مبتكر يعتمد على التحول الرقمي في إدارة شؤونها المختلفه من خلال الأنشطة المعتمدة على الترفيه الرقمي نظرا لأهميه الثقافة الرقمية في تحسين وتطويراشطة دور الشباب التي تساعد على الإدماج الاجتماعي للشباب الأمر الذي يؤدي لحمايتهم من براثين الإنحراف.
