Abstract

The process of registering real estate sale contracts is of paramount importance, marking a critical phase in the transition of property ownership. The Algerian legislature has established the Registration Law to meticulously govern this process at the Inspection of Registration and Stamp Office. This registration is not only pivotal for accruing fees that bolster the public treasury but also serves as a foundational legal procedure aimed at ensuring the stability of real estate transactions and bolstering confidence in these dealings.
