الملخص

This researchstudyaimed to understand the role of the rubberindustry in achievingeconomicgrowthunder the vision of the Kingdom 2030, and to shed light on the future of the rubberindustrythrough the national industry program within the vision of the Kingdom 2030. It alsoaimed to identify the growthfactors of the market, opportunities, and the competitiveadvantage of the Kingdomfrom the rubberindustry. The researchersused the descriptive method, consideringit the mostsuitable for the nature of the currentstudy's objectives. This methodinvolvescollecting information and data, analyzingthem, and interpretingsome of its aspects for evaluation. Usingappropriatemethods, the studyconcludedwithseveralresults, the most important of whichisthat the rubberindustry in Saudi Arabia has greatpotential for growth and prosperity in the future. The studyalsopresented a number of suggestions and recommendations, the most important of whichiseconomic diversification and investment in industries such as the rubberindustry, in order to reducedependence on oil as the sole source of income. Key words:Rubberindustry, Economicgrowth, Vision 2030 of the Kingdom, National industry program, Future of the rubber industry هدفت هذه الدراسة البحثية إلى معرفة دور صناعة المطاط في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي رؤية المملكة 2030, وإلقاء الضوء على مستقبل صناعة المطاط من خلال برنامج الصناعة الوطنية ضمن رؤية المملكة 2030، والوقوف على عوامل النمو للسوق ، الفرص ، الميزة التنافسية للمملكة من صناعة المطاط. استخدمت الدارسة أستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي ، باعتبار أنه أفضل المناهج ملائمة لطبيعة أهداف الدراسة الحالية، حيث يقوم هذا المنهج بجمع المعلومات والبيانات وتحليلها وتفسير بعض جوانبها بهدف التقييم وباستخدام الأساليب المناسبة؛ انتهت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: إن صناعة المطاط في السعودية تمتلك إمكانات كبيرة للنمو والازدهار في المستقبل. وقدمت الدراسة عدداً من المقترحات و التوصيات ومن أهمها تنويع الاقتصادي والاستثمار في صناعات مثل صناعة المطاط، وذلك لتقليل الاعتماد على النفط كمصدر وحيد للدخل.
