الملخص
تهدف هاته الدراسة إلى تقييم و التعرف على واقع الجودة في التعليم عن بعد أثناء و بعد الجائحة ، من وجهة نظر الطلبة و أعضاء هيئة التدريس من خلال دراسة ميدانية بجامعة تلمسان ، فالتعليم عن بُعد أصبح ضرورة حتمية فرضتها تداعيات الحاضر وتطلعات المستقبل. واستناداً إلى أرقام البنك الدولي، كان نحو 1.6مليار طالب، يُمثلون %94 من إجمالي طلاب العالم، قد توقفوا عن الذهاب إلى مدارسهم في إبريل من العام الماضي 2020م، و“ما زال حتى الآن نحو 700 مليون طالب، يدرسون من منازلهم، في أجواء يلفها عدم اليقين والضبابية". فقد أدَّت جائحة الكورونا إلى تحوُّل نموذجي في كيفية وصول المُتعلّمين من جميع الأعمار، وفي جميع أنحاء العالم، إلى التعلُّم. وبموازاة اختلاف نسب النجاح في التعليم عن بُعد باختلاف البلدان، تسعى الجهات المعنية على المستويات الوطنية والعالمية إلى تفحص هذه التجربة على ضوء ما تشهده منذ نحو سنتين، لاستكشاف تحدياتها وتطويرها حيثما تستوجب التطوير.وما يمكن أن يقدمه أيضا للجامعة الجزائرية من أجل تحقيق نظام الجودة الجامعية التي أصبحت تستهدف المؤسسات التعليمية اليوم بوصفه النظام الجامعي الأكثر توافقا مع متطلبات العصر الحديث، المبني على التنافس والتفاعل والجدارة والاستحقاق والكفاءة. This study aims to assess and identify the reality of quality in distance education during and after the pandemic, from the point of view of students and faculty members through a field study at the University of Tlemcen, as distance education has become an imperative necessity imposed by the repercussions of the present and future aspirations. According to World Bank figures, about 1.6 billion students, representing 94% of the world’s total students, had stopped going to their schools in April of last year 2020, and “so far, about 700 million students are still studying from their homes, in an atmosphere of shrouded in uncertainty and uncertainty.” The corona virus pandemic has led to a paradigm shift in how learners of all ages, and around the world, access learning. Parallel to the different success rates in distance education in different countries, stakeholders at the national and global levels are seeking to examine these The experience in the light of what it has witnessed for about two years, to explore its challenges and develop them where they require development, and what it can also provide to the Algerian university in order to achieve the university quality system, which is targeting educational institutions today as the university system most compatible with the requirements of the modern era, based on competition, interaction and merit t and efficiency.
