Administrative Culture And Digitalization In France: A Study Of Concepts – Role – And Impact

Abstract
This study aims to define and explore the role displayed by administrative culture in boosting prosperity and its impact on digitalization. The research study was conducted considering a case study as the methodology suited most for; investigating, the relationship between administrative culture and digitalization in France, the impact of governing policies in the regulation of administrative culture, and the role of digitalization in the efficiency and management of administrative culture. Results revealed a relatively close interconnection between administrative culture, regulatory building-up policies, digitalization, and adjustable reforms to monitor individuals and society. ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد واستكشاف الدور الذي تلعبه الثقافة الإدارية في تعزيز الرخاء وأثره على التحول الرقمي. تم إجراء الدراسة البحثية مع الأخذ في الاعتبار دراسة الحالة باعتبارها المنهجية الأكثر ملاءمةً لبحث العلاقة بين الثقافة الإدارية والرقمنة في فرنسا، وأثر السياسات الحاكمة في تنظيم الثقافة الإدارية، ودور الرقمنة في كفاءة وإدارة الثقافة الإدارية. وكشفت النتائج عن وجود ترابط وثيق نسبيًا بين الثقافة الإدارية وسياسات البناء التنظيمي والرقمنة والإصلاحات القابلة للتعديل لمراقبة الأفراد والمجتمع.
