Abstract
In order to protect public rights and freedoms in the state, several legal guarantees have been established solid foundations and principles. Among these guarantees are the principle of the rule of law, the principle of equality, the principle of good legal writing that recognizes public rights and freedoms, the principle of legality, and the principle of separation of powers, considering these principles a good foundation for achieving protection, Actual human rights, which enable individuals, administrative institutions, and judicial bodies to contain concepts and apply them well to achieve their goal of protecting and promoting human rights and public freedoms.
