This scientific paper aims to shed light on one of the important modern approaches in the field of organizational sociology, specializing in analyzing communication and organized actions within groups and actors in organizations. The actors (individuals and groups) are considered to have relative rationalities and goals often contradictory to the organization's objectives. This aspect, which classical theories like Max Weber's bureaucratic theory struggled to comprehend, will be addressed in this article through the strategic analysis of Michael Crozier and Erhard Friedberg as a paradigm that focuses on interpreting and analyzing social actions and power relations within work groups.
