الجيل الثاني من البوابات الوثائقية في المكتبات الجامعية الجزائرية : دراسة تقييمية Second Generation Of Documentary Portals In Algerian University Libraries: An Evaluation Study

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تقييم البوابات الوثائقية للمكتبات الجامعية الجزائرية ومعرفة مدى توظيفها واستفادتها من تقنيات الجيل الثاني من الويب، وكذا معرفة أهم المعايير المعتمدة لتقييم البوابات، ذلك نتيجة لأن الأدبيات التي تدرس تقييم البوابات ما زالت قليلة بالمقارنة مع تلك التي تتناول تقييم مواقع الانترنت . اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد وقع اختيارنا على 12 بوابة تم اختيارها بناءا على شروط محددة ومنتقاة بعناية، وذلك للتمكن من تصميم بوابة وثائقية معيارية تتواءم ومتطلبات الجيل الثاني من الويب. توصلنا في دراستنا الى عدة نتائج من بينها الاستفادة من الإمكانيات التي يقدمها الذكاء الاصطناعي وتطبيقه لخدمة المستفيدين من البوابات الوثائقية، وتوفير قوانين تلزم المكتبات الجامعية الجزائرية بإنشاء بوابات لها وفقا للمعايير العالمية مع الحرص على إدخال تقنيات الويب 2.0. الكلمات المفتاحية: البوابات الوثائقية 2.0 ؛ المكتبات الجامعية؛ الويب 2.0 ؛ معايير التقييم العالمية . *** Abstract: The aim of this study is to evaluate the documentation portals of Algerian university libraries and to learn how they are employed and benefit from the techniques of the second generation of the web, and how to learn the most important criteria for evaluating the portals, as a result of the fact that the literature studying the evaluation of the portals is still few compared to those dealing with the evaluation of Internet sites. In this study, we relied on the analytical descriptive curriculum, and we selected 12 selected portals based on specific and carefully selected terms, in order to be able to design a standard documentary portal adapted to the requirements of the second generation of the web. In our study, we have achieved a number of results, including the use of the possibilities offered by artificial intelligence and its application to serve the beneficiaries of documentary portals, and the provision of laws requiring Algerian university libraries to establish gates according to international standards while ensuring the introduction of web technologies 2.0.
