الملخص
هدفت الدراسة لمعرفة العوامل والأسباب التي أدت إلى صعوبة تطبيق المقاربة بالكفاءات في التعليم المتوسط حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وهذا لإظهار النتائج في صورة كمية، باستخدام الاستمارة، تكونت عينة الدراسة من 130 استاذ وأستاذة. وبعد تحليل النتائج خلصت الدراسة الى ان العوامل والظروف التي تتم فيها عملية التدريس مجتمعة، تحول دون مساعدة استاذ التعليم المتوسط على تطبيق المقاربة بالكفاءات The study aimed to find out the factors and reasons that led to the difficulty of applying the competencies approach in intermediate education, where the analytical descriptive approach was relied upon, and this is to show the results in a quantitative form, using the questionnaire the study sample consisted of 130 male and female teachers After analyzing the results, the study concluded that the factors And the conditions in which the teaching process takes place together prevent the middle education teacher from helping him Application of the competency approach
