محاولة في حوكمة الجمهور الرياضي في تونس

الملخص
الثقافة والمجتمع والعنف... كلّ هذه المفاهيم وما قارب مدلولاتها مثّلت مواضيع العديد من المشاريع البحثيّة ومحور جدالات فكرية ومؤسساتية مع مطلع الألفية الثالثة خاصة لما رافقها من تغيرات قيمية تزامنت مع الانفجار الرقمي من جهة والهوّة بين الأجيال التي لم تزل تتفاقم من جهة ثانية. ومن هنا أصبحت هذه المسائل، وهي فكريّة بالأساس، ملحّة في طرحها في عصرنا الراهن. وضمن هذا المنطلق تندرج هذه المقالة لمحاولة تفكيك هذه المفاهيم وتنزيلها على الواقع المعيش التونسي في إطار رؤية استشرافيّة ومقاربة مجتمعيّة تنضبط وتحترم طبائع المجتمع التونسي والثقافة السائدة فيه. كما تحاول هذه المقالة تقديم مقترحات إجابات عن مجموعة أسئلة راهنة ومحوريّة أبرزها: ماهي مقومات العنف في الفضاء الرياضي التونسي؟ وماهي المقاربات المجتمعية والثقافية والقانونية الأنسب للتعاطي مع هذه الظاهرة المعظلة؟ Culture, society and violence... All these concepts and their meanings have represented the topics of many research projects and the focus of intellectual and institutional debates at the beginning of the third millennium, especially because of the value changes that accompanied them that coincided with the digital explosion on the one hand and the gap between generations that is still exacerbating on the other hand. Hence, these issues, which are primarily intellectual, have become urgent in our time. Within this premise, this article is an attempt to dismantle these concepts and apply them to the Tunisian living reality within the framework of a forward-looking vision and a societal approach that disciplines and respects the nature of Tunisian society and the prevailing culture in it. This article also attempts to provide suggestions for answers to a set of current and central questions, most notably: What are the components of violence in the Tunisian sports space? What are the most appropriate societal, cultural and legal approaches to dealing with this disgusting phenomenon?
