الملخص
ملخص: نتحدث هنا عن حالة النص التدشيني الأول و نقصد به هنا النص القرآني و الذي راع خلال "نزوله" كوحي مجموع تلك الخصوصيات المختلفة التي ميزت فضاء شبه الجزيرة العربية في القرن السابع ميلادي، هذا النص الذي كان المنطلق فيما بعد لمجموع التفاسير و القراءات الفقهية المختلفة التي وضعها الفقهاء و علماء الدين و التي ما نزال محكومون بها، و إن كان النص الأول قد راع مجموع المتغيرات فإن الأمر في حال الاجتهاد الفقهي اليوم يتطلب في عصرنا الحالي مراعاة ظروف و وقائع العصر المتغيرة و المتحولة التي تفرض نفسها على "النص" كموضوع و على المجتهد أو المؤول كذات. .Summary “The founding of the islamic religious discourse between text and reality” We talking about the status of the first inaugural text, and we mean here the quranic text, which taking into their during coming down as a revelation all the different various that characterized the arabian peninsula space in the seventh century, this text who was later a starting point of the total interpretations and different doctrinal readings that placed by the jurists and the religious scholars, we are still doomed by their, that was the first text may sponsor total variables, so today in the case of doctrinal jurisprudence are requires to taking into account the fact changing that imposes themself on the text as a subject and on the interpreter as a object.
