الملخص
تعد جرائم الصرف من أهم الجرائم الاقتصادية واكثرها غموضا وانتشارا، وقد برزت في الآونة الأخيرة مع تطور الإقتصاد العالمي وتوسع الأنشطة الإقتصادية من إنتاج و توزيع و إستهلاك، فأضحت كل الأنظمة العالمية تشهد زيادة وتطور في جرائم التصرف تبعا للتطور الاقتصادي الهائل، لذا نجد غالب التشريعات جرمت هذه الأفعال ورصدت لها عقوبات رادعة تنتظر التطبيق. Exchange crimes are one of the most important and most ambiguous and widespread economic crimes, and it has emerged recently with the development of the global economy and the expansion of economic activities from production, distribution and consumption, so all global systems are witnessing an increase and development in crimes of behavior according to the tremendous economic development, so we find most of the legislation criminalized These acts have deterrent penalties awaiting implementation.
