Abstract

This research falls within the studies concerned with jurisprudence purposes issues that are shrouded in some confusion in terms of controlling their terms, determining their controls, and the scope of their implementation in evaluating the angles that hover around the legality of ploys or not, and their relationship to outcomes, blocking pretexts, abuse of rights, licensing, and some issues, Other objectives concerned with this subject, leaving their impact on it.
